Q: How many people share a room?

A: We offer group style living needs that fit most. Rooms are shared and or private, depending on your living style needs.

Q: How long can I stay?

A:  We offer a transitional housing program that is designed to help maintain independence. While we offer short-term to those that are in need of transitioning into their own place, individuals are allowed to stay for as long as they abide by the house rules.

Q: Is alcohol allowed in your homes?

A: No. Due to the needs of our clients to live in a clean environment, alcohol and drug use are prohibited on the premises of any of the homes we serve. This rule is strictly enforced.

Q: I have my permit can I bring my gun.

A: No. Weapons are strictly prohibited while on any of our properties. If any weapons are located the individual will be removed immediately by law enforcement and not allowed to return.

Q: Are visitors allowed to stay the night?

A: No, Visiting hours are from 10AM-8PM daily.

Q: Are families allowed?

A: Our homes are currently set up to provide assistance for individuals only. Any family needs may be outsourced.

Q: What is all-inclusive housing?

A: All-inclusive housing is a model that allows the individual or their representative to pay a set monthly rate that includes basic utilities, i.e. cable, electric, water, Wi-Fi, linen, washer/dryer and most toiletry items.

Q: Are visitors allowed?

A: Yes. Visitors are allowed. Visitors are required to follow all COVID 19 guidelines the entire visit. Tenants are held responsible for their guests. Visiting hours are from 10AM-8PM daily.

Q: Is smoking allowed in your homes?

A: No, All of our homes are “Smoke-free environment”A 100% smoke-free building is one where smoking and vaping anything (including tobacco and cannabis) is prohibited in individual apartments or rooms, as well as common indoor and outdoor areas. 

Q: Why is this a smoke-free home?

A: Secondhand smoke causes a range of serious health problems, including stroke and heart disease. In addition to reducing secondhand smoke exposure, making homes smoke-free can help adults quit smoking and prevent smoking initiation in adolescents.
